Risk reversal
Try FrontDesk AI With Confidence.
If FrontDesk AI fails to perform the agreed core functions under the specified setup and operating conditions, you may request a full refund under our published guarantee terms.
What this guarantee covers
This is a technical-performance guarantee. It applies when FrontDesk AI fails to perform the agreed core functions — answering inbound calls, capturing caller details, booking appointments into a connected calendar, and routing calls per your escalation rules — under the setup and operating conditions we agreed with you during onboarding.
- Applies to the agreed core functions documented in your onboarding checklist.
- Applies under the specified setup and operating conditions (connected calendar, phone provisioning, and approved call-handling rules).
- A refund request must describe which agreed core function failed and under what conditions.
- Refunds are evaluated against the agreed configuration — not against revenue, leads, or booked jobs.
What this guarantee does not cover
This is not a guarantee of revenue, leads, appointments, or booked jobs. It does not promise that every call will be answered in every circumstance, and it does not cover failures caused by third-party services outside the agreed setup (for example, your telephony provider, calendar service, or CRM) or by configuration changes made after launch without our involvement.
Refund window and conditions — pending approval
The exact refund window (for example, “X days from your first paid billing date”), the conditions that qualify a request, and the refund procedure must be approved and inserted below before this page is published. We do not invent a refund period or promise unconditional refunds.
[Insert approved refund period and request procedure here.]
TODO: Replace this placeholder with the approved guarantee terms before publishing. Until then, the public marketing refers to “our published guarantee terms” without stating a specific period.
